*****TIPS ON USING OUR WEB SITE:*****
Go to our website: www.cctvpros.com
At the upper right of the screen, you will see the LOGIN area. Enter the Username and Password you just set up (lower or upper case characters), and click LOGIN.
Note: (Use the Login button, not the ENTER key on your keyboard).
The screen will change to show a new window below SEARCH. If you have products on your Favorites List, you may view them by clicking on View Favorites List.
SEARCHING FOR PRODUCTS.
If you want to look for products, there are two ways:
SEARCH.
Enter the part number or partial part number in the SEARCH window. Hopefully, you will see some selections pop up. If not, you will need to Browse.
BROWSE.
Select the main category from the list at the left of the screen. Some categories have many subcategories. (Example: Cameras, Fixed). To search that category, you should continue by using the subcategory window at the right. Click and scroll down until you see the detail you need.
To narrow the selection of products, you may click in the manufacturers window to select the products from only one manufacturer.
In many instances, when you click on the description of a product, there will be PDF data sheets and other images that may be helpful.
To get back to the starting page at any time, click on our LOGO.
SORT.
When you are looking at the results of a search or a browse session, you will see three columns:
PART NO. DESCRIPTION PRICE
Click on these headings to sort them. Example: to sort by price (low to high), click your mouse on the word PRICE. If you want to sort in the opposite direction (high to low), click PRICE again.
USING THE FAVORITES LIST.
The Favorites List is your way to stay up to date on the price of what you've been buying. Any time we get a new pricing update entered on the site, the prices in your Favorites List will be updated.
The Favorites List also lets you have a handy summary available of products you have bought from us.
To add products as Favorites, find the product of interest, and click on the logo to the right of the price. It's that simple. Go ahead and give it a try and call us if you need help.
